Cheval de Troie. Modèle décrivant une stratégie consistant à introduire une idée, un produit ou une action sous une couverture attirante et inoffensive pour surmonter la résistance (ou détourner l’attention) et implanter un objectif caché. Il exploite la tendance à accepter ce qui paraît bénéfique ou inoffensif, tout en masquant l’intention réelle jusqu’à son activation. Par exemple, une application gratuite qui collecte des données personnelles, un code malveillant dissimulé dans un logiciel légitime ou une réforme présentée comme protectrice mais incluant des mesures restrictives. Il s’agit d’un modèle d‘ingénierie sociale et de manipulation des perceptions pour atteindre des objectifs stratégiques.

A mental model
Trojan Horse. Model describing a strategy that involves introducing an idea, product, or action under an attractive and harmless cover to overcome resistance (or divert attention) and implant a hidden objective. It exploits the tendency to accept what appears beneficial or harmless, while concealing the real intention until its activation. For example, a free application that collects personal data, malicious code hidden in legitimate software, or a reform presented as protective but including restrictive measures. This is a model of social engineering and perception manipulation to achieve strategic objectives.
